What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are set on €6,95 per order (incl. VAT).

When will I receive my order?
We strive to deliver the order within three (work)days. Do you live outside of The Netherlands? Then delivery can take a few days more. 

I’m not happy with the item I ordered. How can I return it?
Obviously we hope that you are happy with the ESNS merchandise! Ofcourse it can happen that you want to return items. Let us know via merchandise@p-p.nl and we will let you know how you can return the item. 

What are the payment options?
There are several payment options: iDEAL, creditcard, Bancontact, Sofort Banking and transferring the money. If you have a question about the payment methods or encountering problems, contact us via merchandise@p-p.nl.
